A $50 deposit is required to book which will be taken from the total price. The total balance will be paid in cash or Zelle chezdubie@gmail.com . Please carry the exact amount as there will be no change on hand.

Travel is strictly offered over the weekend at .55cents/mile. Travel costs will be added to the final balance.
No extra guests are allowed at appointments. No kids, pets or companions unless they are getting a service.

Absolutely no refunds. Any problems or concerns should be addressed within 4 days of the appointment.
​
Hair is not included for the braid style. Please refer to hair recommendations in service descriptions when booking for highly suggested hair.

All waist-length braid styles are to be booked before 11am. Any time after 11 am will be canceled automatically or rescheduled.
You are entitled to one rescheduled appointment at no charge. Anything more will be considered a new booking. Thus deposits are non-refundable.
Considering the nature of our products, all wig sales are final. Absolutely no refunds.

​All pre-made wigs are ready for pickup (CT only) and shipping.

Please allow 48-72 hours to process.

Please allow 10-14 business days for custom-made wig orders to process.

Please allow 2-4 business days for shipping.
